The event was a captivating celebration of Dussehra and Navaratri, featuring Ram Leela and Dandiya Raas, and was a wonderful showcase of Indian cultural traditions. Mayor @toddgloria presented a proclamation to the Indian American community at the event, further strengthening the cultural ties between India and the city of San Diego.
