Consulate General of India in San Francisco organized a vibrant celebration of the 10th International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2024 at Crissy Field Beach, with the iconic Golden Gate Bridge as the backdrop. The event was graced by several dignitaries, including members of the Consular Corps and the Chief of Protocol of the City of San Francisco MaryamMuduroglu Consul General Dr. K. Srikar Reddy warmly welcomed the participants and highlighted yoga's significant physical and mental health benefits. He acknowledged the support from partners, including the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine, SBI & ICICI Bank, in organising the event. The celebration featured a rejuvenating yoga session, during which attendees performed various asanas based on the Common Yoga Protocol and a peaceful meditation session.
