The Association of Indian Students at University of Southern California (AIS USC) in association with the Consulate General of India, San Francisco celebrated the auspicious occasion of Diwali, Rasktriya Ekta Diwas and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav in a grand way at the Bovard Auditorium at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. Consul General Dr. T.V. Nagendra Prasad addressed about 1500 students who attended the event. Prominent community member Mr. Kumar Nadadur, Senior Indian origin faculty members including Prof. Bhambri of Business School participated. Students paid tributes #SardarPatel on the occasion of #RashtriyaEktaDiwas. Consul General Prasad appreciated AIS USC President Mr. Ashish and his team for the best efforts. He also commented that the cultural programs reflected the rich and diverse culture of India.
